Mimi's Bistro, with our beachfront bar and beach lounge, cooks a Mediterranean menu around whatever came in fresh that day: fish from local boats, vegetables from island gardens, good meat, and wine from the vineyards down the coast.

Our story

Straight from the sea, in no hurry.

Mimi's Bistro is among the pines of Žrnovo on Korčula, inside Tara's Lodge. It's the kind of place where lunch turns into a long swim and dinner starts at sunset.

The menu follows the season. Fish comes in that morning from local boats, vegetables from island gardens, olive oil pressed a few hills away. We cook it simply.

Pair it with a bottle from our Croatian wine list: Pošip and Grk from Korčula's own vineyards, or a red from the Postup area on Pelješac, where Dingač comes from.

A birthday, a family lunch, a get-together with friends: we have room for it. Mimi's seats up to 60 for a sit-down dinner, or up to 100 for a standing cocktail reception.
